As a vital member of our company, the Recruiter will support the hiring process within the dynamic and expanding ParkX Division, serving as the bridge between human resources and the division’s talent needs.
Position Overview
The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts, managing candidate pipelines, building relationships with stakeholders, sourcing top-tier talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. This role is essential to the growth and success of our division.
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for all roles.
- Leverage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate information, monitor progress, and provide updates.
- Create and distribute job postings across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, assessments, meetings, and drafting offer letters to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, offering regular updates and addressing inquiries.
- Engage passive candidates and maintain a talent pool for future opportunities.
- Plan and facilitate recruitment events such as job fairs and networking sessions.
- Build strategic relationships with workforce agencies, educational institutions, community organizations, and professional networks to promote diversity in hiring.
- Utilize technology and digital tools like sourcing platforms, social media, and AI tools to identify and evaluate top talent, enhancing sourcing effectiveness.
- Generate reports and metrics to monitor recruitment effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information, correspondence, and activities.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications ✅
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Experience in high-volume or agency recruiting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick adaptation to new software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
