Primary Responsibilities

• Assist potential applicants through the application process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Verify references and certificates to maintain high standards of compliance and quality.
• Enter staff information into the computer system initially and periodically update records to keep data accurate.
• Schedule appointments at the clinic office for employees requiring physicals or special procedures.
• Manage paperwork by completing and filing documents accurately and promptly into staff charts.
• Create certificates for orientation and in-service sessions for attendees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Languages: Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Communication Skills: Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills, effective in organizational tasks.
