The primary role of the Receptionist is to provide clerical support efficiently, following established procedures and supervisory guidance. As the Welcome Desk Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and voice representing CESLC.
As a Welcome Desk Receptionist, You Will
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or resident room 🏠
- Answer phone calls, determine their purpose, and route callers accordingly 📞
- Provide directions and information to visitors, guests, residents, and sales representatives 🗺️
- Maintain logs, reports, and journals as required 📝
- Operate basic telephone/switchboard functions following proper protocol ☎️
Shifts & Status
This position is PRN — you can pick up shifts as needed to fit your schedule.
Education & Training
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Vaccination Policy 🛡️
As a healthcare provider for seniors, CESLC requires all new hires to submit proof of vaccination, including:
- Two doses of MMR
- Two doses of Varicella
- Negative TB screen
Alternatively, acceptable documentation includes Titer or Lab tests indicating immunity. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide further details about the vaccination policy upon employment.
