Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish & English)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $16 per hour

Location: Boca Raton, FL

ISG is looking for a Receptionist that is motivated and eager to complete varying tasks supporting the Executive and Recruiting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering, screening, and transferring incoming phone calls
• Greeting visitors and communicating their arrival to the appropriate entity
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Assisting applicants with completing pre-employment hiring processes
• Carrying out various administrative tasks as requested by the executive team

Job Requirements

• Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
• Must be upbeat, enthusiastic and passionate
• Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
