YOUR ROLE 🎯

As a R2R Junior Manager, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for client-specific applications and processes. Your focus will be on managing complex transactions, resolving intricate issues, and ensuring processes and controls are executed accurately. You will also analyze data within the business context, draw insights, and provide relevant recommendations to deliver meaningful results for our clients.

Additionally, you will drive process improvements using technology tools within your area of expertise.

YOUR TASKS 📝

• GL Accountant responsibility
• Guard the month-end closing process for the country, maintaining oversight of the books
• Communicate through established governance channels with Tax advisors and corporate teams to implement GAAP changes into BPO processes (process change identification and operationalization handled by the Accounting SPOC)
• Analyze and explain balances and movements, coordinating with BPO to clarify or correct where necessary
• Act as the primary contact during audits

YOUR PROFILE 🌟

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance (financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting)
• Experience overseeing financial activities at LE, country, or similar levels
• Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS, ensuring financial statements are accurate and compliant
• Proven ability to guide and advise GL accounting teams
• Strategic thinker with the capacity to contribute to long-term financial planning
• Fluent in French or Italian
