Job Overview 🎯

We are hiring experienced GenAI Query Vetting Specialists / AI Trainers to support Google Gemini’s production-level GenAI and search quality initiatives. This role involves evaluating, validating, and fact-checking multilingual data used for LLM training and assessment.

Work Details 💼

• Location: USA (Remote)
• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Rate: USD 25-30/hour

Eligibility Criteria ✅

• Graduates in any discipline
• 4+ years of overall professional experience
• Mandatory experience as AI Trainer / GenAI Rater / Query Vetting Specialist / AI Data Evaluator
• Proficiency in the assigned language
• Strong English communication skills

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Review, evaluate, and validate search queries and AI-generated content
• Ensure linguistic accuracy, intent alignment, and relevance
• Conduct in-depth research and fact-checking
• Assess and provide detailed feedback on LLM outputs
• Follow quality guidelines and project instructions
• Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and throughput

Required Skills & Competencies 🧠

• Excellent reading and writing skills in the language
• Strong research, analytical, and fact-checking abilities
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Understanding of GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and prompt evaluation
• Experience using AI tools for content evaluation and optimization
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
