Position Overview

• Department: Quality Control (QC) / Operations
• Reports to: Quality Control Manager
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (approx. 6:00AM - 5:00PM; specific times may vary)
• Location: Onsite in Ellabell, GA 31308 (must be able to commute within neighboring facilities)
• Note: Occasional weekends and overtime may be required; schedule is subject to change based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Investigate and resolve quality issues related to KD automotive parts.
• Prepare and manage Parts Problem Reports (PPR) and track resolution progress.
• Communicate with Glovis HQ and Korean suppliers regarding quality concerns via phone and email.
• Determine part accountability and prepare Discrepancy Reports (DR).
• Attend and contribute to regular meetings with customer quality teams.
• Generate and submit regular quality reports to upper management (weekly to annually).
• Support and oversee control of BLOCK parts and EO (Engineering Order) change items.
• Drive process improvements and continuous projects to boost operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications ✅

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Supply Chain, or Quality Control.
• Business-level fluency in Korean and English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel—creating, manipulating, and analyzing data using pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
• Experience operating ERP, WMS, or similar warehouse management systems.
• Previous experience managing vendor or customer relations.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements 🖥️💪

This role primarily involves standard office activities, including sitting, typing, and using a computer. It may require lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally and transporting items, with accommodations available based on individual needs.

The estimated annual salary range is $60,000 - $65,000, subject to experience, skills, and certifications. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including market conditions and individual qualifications.
