About the Conflict-Free Evaluation and Enrollment Center (CFEEC) 🏥
The CFEEC helps the State of New York assess eligibility for community-based long-term services through UAS evaluations, determining if individuals qualify for in-home support. As the program expands rapidly, numerous opportunities are opening across the state!
Primary Responsibilities ✅
- Perform quality checks on consumer notices 📝
- Compare consumer notices before mailing against information in MAXeb 🖥️
- Ensure notices include language about Fair Hearings when applicable 📢
- Contribute to setting and monitoring project goals and objectives 🎯
- Participate in project training activities to uphold quality assurance standards 🎓
- Escalate issues to management promptly 🚩
- Ensure reports are accurate and standards are met ✔️
- Utilize MAXeb™ and other systems to create ad-hoc reports 📊
Minimum Qualifications 📋
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Call Center Operations 📞
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability 🧩
- Experience in quality assurance within health or human services 🏥
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 🚶♂️
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills 🗣️
- Proficiency with spreadsheets or database software 💾
- Fluency in Haitian Creole and English (reading, writing, speaking) 🇭🇹🇺🇸
- Willingness to travel within the Tri-State area 🌍
- Knowledge of CFEEC programs and MAXeb systems is a plus 🎖️
