Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Manage and execute: timely & accurate responses to quality complaints, including owning entire E2E customer complaint processes based on business criteria.
• Utilize skills: project management, process improvement, customer service, and communication.
• Analyze and oversee: internal and external quality excellence initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, foster growth, and address product quality concerns.
• Lead initiatives: initiate actions, lead projects, provide training to new employees, and align project steps with business strategies.
• Apply analytical skills: interpret trends or data from company reports to support decision-making.
• Participate: in developing a unified global SIBG Complaint process.
• Innovate and improve: work processes and tools, driving continuous improvements and solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified before start).
• Experience: Minimum three (3) years in areas such as quality, customer service, corporate operations, or supporting cross-functional teams in various environments (private, public, government, military).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, CIR, Power BI, and Excel.
• Analytical Ability: Capable of analyzing resource utilization, speed, costs, and quality improvements.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to find innovative solutions for complex customer and 3M challenges.
• Decision-Making: Confident in making sound decisions without requiring detailed instructions.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and French (speaking, reading, writing, listening) is required.
• Shift Availability: Willing to work graveyard shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Philippine Standard Time). 🕘🌙
