About the Position

The QA Assistant will support the QA/QC department by ensuring our products meet rigorous quality standards. This role involves maintaining quality protocols, supporting continuous improvement, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to uphold product excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a QA role within the food industry
• Licenses: Valid California Driver’s License
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Bilingual Abilities: Proficiency in Japanese and English

Position Details

This is a full-time, direct hire position offering a competitive hourly rate between $22.00 - $25.00 depending on experience. The role comes with a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and career growth.
