We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join our manufacturing team.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare purchase orders for parts from approved vendors (50%)
• Provide order status updates and follow-ups (25%)
• Negotiate and research new vendors and products (10%)
• Maintain records and reports (5%)
• Assist with other projects as requested by Sales and General Managers (10%)

Requirements:

• Experience in purchasing, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Bilingual in Spanish
