Position Overview

• Location: Fully Remote, Yuba City, CA (must be near a LiveScan fingerprinting location or willing to travel)
• Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Hourly Rate: $29 - $33 per hour
• Schedule: After school hours (starting at 4pm PST) + 2 hours weekly for 10 weeks
• Requirements: Experience in K-12 education + Fluent in Punjabi + Authorized to work in the US
• LiveScan Fingerprinting: Required, with proximity or willingness to travel to a LiveScan location

Role Description

We are specifically seeking translators to support a virtual education program. As a translator, you'll collaborate with an educator certified in the subject area to facilitate student learning and engagement in a remote setting.

This position follows the school district's calendar, with immediate start dates based on current placement opportunities after completing the application process and training.

What You'll Do as a Fullmind Translator

• Translate written materials such as assignments and announcements
• Provide oral interpretation during all class sessions
• Facilitate communication between non-English-speaking students, families, and school staff
• Support students' learning and understanding through interpretation

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent in Punjabi
• University Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Access to a laptop or desktop, webcam, headset, and reliable internet
• Experience in a K-12 educational setting
