About The Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our sales team at RTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation. This role centers on lead generation and proactive outreach to offer customized solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, personable, ambitious, and adaptable. 🚀

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all processes from lead generation and prospecting to qualifying and closing new accounts
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and present tailored RTS fuel card solutions
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within RTS and Shamrock divisions to maximize account value
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Assist with high-severity requests and issue escalations as needed
  • Utilize established strategies to maximize sales yield
  • Participate in strategic planning, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and market penetration strategies
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market potential to guide sales strategies and product positioning
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches, create sales tools, and deliver engaging presentations
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to refine sales approaches
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of business development experience
  • Proven success in professional, solutions-based sales over the phone
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling and face-to-face sales
  • Excellent customer service and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-product sales environment
  • Strong attention to detail and aptitude for comparative and value analysis

What Will Put You Ahead

  • More than 5 years of business development experience
  • A passion for success and contributing to organizational growth
  • Desire to excel in a competitive sales team environment
  • Ambitious, self-motivated personality with excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in both Punjabi and English (speaking, reading, writing) 🎯
