📝 Job Responsibilities

• Convey thoughts and intentions from one individual to another quickly and accurately into the target language.
• Ensure cultural appropriateness and determine how the message is received, maintaining conversation integrity.
• Provide language interpretations through on-site and remote options.
• Communicate professionally and conduct interpreting sessions effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

🔑 Required Traits & Skills

• Ability to quickly grasp spoken phrases and convey messages concisely while maintaining original intent.
• Strong cultural competence and communication skills.
• Experience with medical terminology.
• Prompt submission of timekeeping and administrative tasks.
• Willingness and ability to travel across multiple locations within designated regions.
• Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Availability during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) with flexibility.
• Successful completion of pre-screening assessments, background checks, drug screening, and verification of work authorization.
• Willingness to obtain or possess medical clearances including TB, MMR, Varicella immunity, and up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters.

$27.00 – $30.00 hourly
