• Provide technical support to customers in the Public Safety sector.
• Lead installation projects to ensure seamless deployment of Axon products.
• Train customers to maximize product usage and value.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in technical support or related fields.
• Strong networking knowledge and skills.
• Excellent communication abilities in both English and Italian.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to support clients and installations.
