Responsibilities

• Conduct evidence-based therapeutic sessions for children, families, and individuals, either in person or via telehealth.
• Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Complete documentation promptly, adhering to program and state regulations.
• Keep all clinical notes and client information updated and accurate within the current EHR system.
• Provide conflict resolution and crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited institution in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Creative Arts Therapy, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Licenses such as LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT are desirable but not mandatory.
• Passion for working with underserved communities, with high engagement, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an OMH (Article 31/28) setting is highly preferred.

Working Conditions 🏢

The primary work location varies. This is a professional environment equipped with a computer, desk, chair, and office supplies, available in an office setting.

Physical Requirements 🏃‍♂️

The role requires the ability to:

• hear and speak effectively during telehealth sessions and phone calls
• stand and sit for extended periods
• write and respond to emails
• carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds

This position has no direct reports.
