• Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related topics
• Support new joiners throughout their journey — from offer letter to onboarding and beyond
• Maintain HR systems to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations
• Assist international teams with onboarding, mobility, and daily HR processes
• Create HR documentation like letters, reports, and other essential documents to streamline processes
• Engage in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 What You Bring

• Educational background or experience in HR, Management, or a related field
• Fluency in French — mandatory for supporting HR operations for Belgium
• Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and approachable
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to bring structure to processes
• Enjoy working with diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused attitude
• Proficiency in Office tools — Excel, Word, Outlook
• Experience with HR platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, or similar systems is a plus
