🎯 Your Role as a PRT Teacher

• Deliver lessons that enhance students' theoretical and communication skills
• Assign homework, grade assignments and quizzes, and document students' progress
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment sensitive to students' psychosocial needs

📝 Responsibilities

• Plan and present lessons to facilitate student understanding and application of concepts
• Prepare and distribute learning materials, including notes, assignments, and quizzes
• Source necessary resources and supplies for lessons
• Ensure the classroom remains safe, organized, and conducive to learning
• Grade assignments and quizzes promptly
• Invigilate quizzes and final exams accurately
• Document and report on students' progress regularly
• Attend meetings with parents and staff to discuss student development

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent
• Proven experience as a PRT Teacher (2-3 years preferred)
• Thorough understanding of effective teaching practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and flexible disposition
• Outstanding interpersonal skills

• Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
• Salary Range: ₹1,80,000 to ₹2,40,000 per annum
• Monthly Pay: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000
• Schedule: Day shift, fixed morning shifts
• Commute: Ability to commute or plan to relocate before starting
