Job Description

Integrated into the Proserv Spanish department and supervised by a Proserv Team Manager, the main responsibilities of a Proserv PY/PT Consultant include:

  • Application Support & Guidance: Provide consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities.
  • Ticket Management: Handle simple to medium complexity tickets after receiving functional analysis and coaching on technical implementation.
  • Code Development: Generate easy-to-maintain, bug-free code and customize solutions in line with Strada best practices.
  • System Testing: Conduct system tests using provided or self-generated data to ensure applications meet specifications.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive technical and functional documentation for issues handled.
  • Prioritization & Reporting: Manage daily priorities and tickets, ensuring deadlines are met, and report progress regularly to the AMO Team Manager.
  • Communication: Maintain internal and external contacts, conveying status updates, resolutions, and root causes of issues.
  • HR & SAP Architecture Knowledge: Understand HR processes and SAP HR architecture to support effective solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a Business or Technical focus, or equivalent.
  • Languages: Solid verbal and written communication skills in French. English or Italian skills are a plus.
  • Learning Mindset: Intellectual curiosity and motivation to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Support Excellence: Keen interest in delivering high-quality HR support and solutions.
  • Multitasking & Adaptability: Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining quality.
