What You'll Do

• 💡 Drive initiatives to uphold and enhance quality standards across projects
• 📝 Plan and conduct quality gates and project audits
• 🔍 Track, follow up, and implement quality-related actions and improvements
• 📊 Contribute to quality reporting and participate in governance forums, including project steering committees
• 🤝 Collaborate with risk management teams to proactively address potential challenges
• 📣 Regularly review project statuses and communicate insights to stakeholders and leadership
• 🛡 Support internal and external audits, including ISO and CMMI certifications
• 🌟 Capture lessons learned and contribute to process, tooling, and customer satisfaction improvements

Qualifications

• 🎓 Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or related fields, with several years of professional experience
• 🕰️ Over 10 years of experience in quality management processes
• 🔍 Extensive practical experience in offer, project, and service management
• 📋 Strong knowledge of standards for projects and infrastructure/cloud managed services (PM, T&T, PMI)
• 🤝 Proven expertise in bid processes, review procedures, and contractual basics
• ☁️ In-depth understanding of PU Cloud quality assurance measures and their application
• ✍️ Hands-on experience with claim management
• 🗣️ Fluent in German and English for effective bilingual operations
• 🎯 Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
