About the Job

We are seeking an Offline & Online Event Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of engaging events and campaigns, with a focus on collaborations with KOLs and celebrities.

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Maintain daily liaison with clients, accurately interpret their requests, and coordinate with external teams to fulfill offline event needs.
• Project Coordination: Manage client requirements, coordinate internal resources, and expand external resources to ensure seamless project progression.
• Project Execution: Deeply involve in the execution of online and offline projects, monitor progress, communicate updates to clients, suppliers, KOLs, media, and celebrities, while controlling timelines and outcomes.
• Internal & External Communication: Facilitate smooth communication internally within the company and externally with suppliers for effective project delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare project summaries, organize files, and archive internal documentation systematically.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues proactively; escalate to supervisors when necessary.
• KOL & Celebrity Management: Find, connect, and maintain relationships with KOLs, media, and celebrities, ensuring timely and quality delivery aligned with client requirements.

🚀 Job Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Thai, able to work using both languages.
• Attention to Detail & Motivation: Highly detail-oriented and self-driven.
• Event Management Experience: Proven experience in planning and managing large offline events.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the gaming industry, ACGN (Anime, Comic, Game, Novel) culture, and emerging online trends.
• Skills: Strong communication, comprehension, execution, and stress-management capabilities.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), capable of data analysis and report creation.
• Industry Preference: Deep understanding of gaming culture; hardcore gamers are preferred.
• Previous Experience: Experience working with Thai MCN KOL agencies is a plus.
