About the Job

We are seeking an Offline & Online Event Project Manager to handle both offline activities and online campaign promotions, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

🗣️ Language Requirements

Native Thai speaker with fluency in English. Able to use both languages effectively in a professional setting.

📝 Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication and collaboration with clients, accurately interpret and convey their requests, and coordinate with external teams to meet offline event requirements.
• Manage client needs efficiently by coordinating internal resources or expanding external ones to resolve issues and advance projects.
• Be deeply involved in the execution of offline and online projects, monitor progress, communicate updates with clients, suppliers, KOLs, media, and celebrities, and ensure timely delivery and project success.
• Facilitate clear communication within the company and with external suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Handle project documentation, summaries, archiving, and internal organization.
• Identify and resolve problems proactively; escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Find, connect, and maintain relationships with KOLs, media outlets, and celebrities for campaign collaborations, ensuring campaign timelines and deliverables meet client expectations.

🧩 Job Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Thai, capable of working seamlessly in both languages.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in managing workflows.
• Experience in planning and managing large-scale offline events is essential.
• Familiarity with the gaming industry, ACGN culture (Anime, Comic, Game, Novel), and emerging online trends.
• Strong communication, comprehension, execution, and stress management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint; able to analyze data and generate reports.
• Deep understanding of the gaming scene; hardcore gamers are preferred.
• Previous experience working in a Thai MCN KOL agency is a plus.
