• Analyze business processes and user requirements to identify AI implementation opportunities 🤖
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Python-based client/server architectures 🖥️
• Create and test application prototypes to validate innovative solutions 🧪
• Transform complex business workflows into intelligent automation solutions 🔄
• Develop business cases and strategies for AI application deployment 📈
• Lead end-to-end AI system design, deployment, and product lifecycle management 🚀
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement 📝
• Ensure system compliance with regulatory standards 🔒
• Build and maintain relationships with Samsung affiliates and external stakeholders 🤝

🛠️ Qualifications

Requirements

• Korean language proficiency and bilingual in Korean & English 🇰🇷🇺🇸
• 7+ years in IT project management 🚧
• 5+ years in business development 💼
• Over 7 years experience in financial services, with deep knowledge of mortgage origination, loan workflows, underwriting, and compliance 🏦
• Proven expertise in data analytics systems administration 📊

Technical Skills

• Mid+ level Python and Java development 🐍☕
• AI and Machine Learning technologies 🤖
• Enterprise systems integration 🔗
• Data modeling and architecture 🏗️
• Advanced analytics implementation 📈

Core Competencies

• Strong analytical and systems design capabilities 💡
