Role Overview

The Project Manager (PM) & Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role by liaising between IT teams and business stakeholders. The primary responsibilities include:

• Planning assigned projects
• Resource allocation
• Performing cost simulations
• Generating IT requirements based on collected data, business needs, and processes

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and user requirements to identify AI implementation opportunities 🤖
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Python-based Client/Server (C/S) architectures 🖥️
• Create and test application prototypes to validate solutions 🛠️
• Transform complex workflows into intelligent automation solutions ⚙️
• Develop business cases and strategies for AI application deployment 📊
• Lead end-to-end AI system design and deployment 🚀
• Manage product lifecycle from conception to delivery 📅
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement 📝
• Ensure regulatory compliance in system design and implementation ✅
• Build and maintain relationships with Samsung affiliates and external stakeholders 🤝

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Minimum of 7+ years in IT project management
• At least 5+ years in business development
• Over 7 years of experience in financial services, with in-depth knowledge of mortgage origination, loan processing workflows, underwriting guidelines, and compliance 🚪
• Proven experience managing data analytics systems and administration 📈

Technical Skills

• Intermediate+ proficiency in Python and Java development 🐍☕
• Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning technologies 🤖
• Experience with enterprise systems integration 🔗
• Strong data modeling and architectural skills 🏗️
• Implementation of advanced analytics 📊
