Position Overview: Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the study management aspects of assigned projects, typically of limited complexity (e.g., single country or a few sites) or manage specific components of larger studies (e.g., recruitment and retention). You will collaborate with a top-tier biopharmaceutical company with a rich heritage of delivering innovative medicines and vaccines globally.

Your Responsibilities

• Leadership & Coordination: Direct and coordinate global or regional projects, ensuring consistency with ICON SOPs, study contracts, and budgets.
• Study Oversight: Manage activities from startup through conduct and closeout at study and country levels.
• Planning & Execution: Lead cross-functional project planning, define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Resource Management: Define tasks, assign staff, and develop detailed project plans.
• Budget & Scheduling: Manage budgets and timeline schedules effectively.
• Risk Management: Develop risk mitigation strategies and track project progress.
• Team Support & Quality Assurance: Guide the project team and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Reporting & Communication: Monitor progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Change Management: Implement project adjustments to meet goals and evaluate project results.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Background: Scientific or technical degree preferred, with knowledge of clinical trial methodology.
• Experience: 5+ years in clinical research, study management, or startup project management.
• Operational Skills: Proven experience managing country-level operations and vendors.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory environments.
• Specialized Expertise: Oncology experience and regional knowledge of DACH region are advantageous.
• Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English.
