Job Summary

The Project Manager will play a vital role in consistently exceeding client expectations by providing exceptional service, high-quality deliverables, and cost-effective solutions on every project.

Working collaboratively with clients, colleagues across various accounts, and numerous resources, the Project Manager will foster and develop relationships while achieving or surpassing project margins through innovative, technical, and business solutions.

The Project Manager will oversee projects of varying sizes, genres, and platforms, ensuring their profitability, quality, and timely delivery within the agreed-upon deadlines. They will report to the Senior Production Manager and collaborate closely with Portfolio Directors,.Senior Production Managers, and peers to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage projects based on workload and team needs, estimating and planning from start to finish with contingency measures.
• Coordinate with the Senior Production Manager and global teams to document and update workflows and technical processes.
• Lead project planning, kick-off meetings, and ongoing project discussions.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Team, Senior Production Manager, and clients to understand project scope and requirements.
• Advise clients on best practices and agree on project processes and timelines.
• Monitor and coordinate all project phases—including pre- and post-production, QA, risk management, and CAPAs.
• Align with the Global Resource Management Team to ensure appropriate resourcing and performance according to project goals and company standards.
• Oversee the project schedule, adjusting work plans and resources as needed in consultation with clients and teams.
• Work with stakeholders to optimize workflows, maximize productivity, and reduce costs.

Communication & Coordination

• Maintain daily communication with clients to track project progress, address issues, and manage changes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams, cultivating strong relationships that go beyond basic vendor-customer interactions.
• Engage in open and ongoing dialogue with other Project Managers across accounts to foster teamwork.
• Make independent decisions on work methods, ensuring adherence to established standards through collaboration with global teams and Senior Production Managers.
