Position Name: Project Manager

Key Result Areas and Activities: * CDP Implementation and Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and operation of the CDP.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data.
  • Integrate data from various sources into the CDP.
  • Data Governance and Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and implement data governance policies.
  • Monitor data quality and perform regular audits.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other teams to optimize data utilization.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates and insights derived from customer data.
  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for CDP initiatives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Create detailed work plans and schedules.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and manage project teams.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Budget Management:
  • Prepare and manage project budgets.
  • Monitor and control project costs.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential project risks related to data management.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track project progress and performance.
  • Prepare and present project status reports.
  • Use project management tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Resource Management:
  • Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary resources.
  • Optimize resource utilization to enhance project efficiency

Essential Skills: (Essentials skills can be max 6 and min 5)

  • Project management experience with end-to-end project delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Experience in managing data analytics projects or projects related to AI/Machine Learning.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of program governance and decision point reviews.
  • Effective risk and issue management capabilities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with global multi-functional team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of project/programme budget management.
  • Familiarity with service transition planning.
  • Understanding of validation and compliance documentation.
  • Experience in fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications: (Qualifications must contain years of exp and degree details)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data analytics or AI/Machine Learning projects, total experience 10+ years
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
