Join our team as an Engineering Project Support Specialist, contributing to impactful water and wastewater treatment projects worldwide.

Job Summary

Provide engineering project support for water/wastewater treatment plant initiatives, assisting project management, engineering coordination, and vendor execution across multiple stakeholders and global teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean (required) 🇰🇷
• B.S. in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)
• Prior water/wastewater infrastructure experience preferred
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% (domestic and international) ✈️

Key Responsibilities

• Support the project manager in overall engineering and project execution activities
• Review technical specifications, vendor quotes, and project documentation for compliance
• Coordinate engineering activities across internal teams, external consultants, and contractors
• Manage project documentation, schedules, progress reporting, and status updates using MS Project / Primavera P6
• Track RFIs, action items, submittals, and customer comments through resolution
• Support procurement and vendor coordination, including site visits and performance monitoring
• Assist with technical coordination for piping, pumps, tanks, valves, instruments, and related systems
• Participate in project meetings, prepare minutes, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and project requirements

Key Skills & Tools

• Strong understanding of engineering documentation (P&IDs, AutoCAD drawings, technical specs)
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools: MS Project, Primavera P6
• Excellent command of MS Office and SAP
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 💡
• Experience with 3D model coordination (Navisworks) preferred
