Job Overview

We are seeking friendly and motivated Associate Project Coordinators to support the implementation of our restaurants' online ordering services. This role involves managing the onboarding process from sales hand-off to activation, ensuring a seamless experience for new customers. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper setup and configuration for new customers
• Assess customer needs and provide expertise on product features and options
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and market offerings
• Pursue ongoing education regarding our partnerships and processes
• Build and nurture trustful relationships with customers
• Guarantee high customer satisfaction during the setup process
• Share industry experience and insights with peers

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Basic understanding of software principles and restaurant operations
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational abilities and skill in managing multiple accounts
