Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Control Specialist to support our project management team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing project claims, schedules, and budgets to ensure project compliance and timely completion aligned with our goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Involved in the development of project claims, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor and control project progress, costs, and performance against established baselines
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align control activities with project goals
• Adhere strictly to project contracts
• Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong bilingual skills in English and Korean are required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
• Effective teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Experience in project control, construction projects, or similar roles
• Professional certifications in project management or control are a plus
• Strong knowledge of construction project management, AutoCAD, and related documentation
