Job SummaryThe Program & Operations Manager will support ICON's mission by managing programs, events, and operations that foster a vibrant tech community. This role calls for strong organization, community engagement skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth daily operations.
About us:ICON bridges the Israeli and Silicon Valley tech ecosystems, supporting Israeli entrepreneurs in penetrating the US market. Our vibrant community includes VC partners, executives at Fortune 500 companies, and founders of rising-star Israeli startups.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management - Coordinate and oversee ICON programs from start to finish, ensuring alignment with community needs and organizational goals.
Community Engagement - Maintain strong connections with community members, ensuring ongoing engagement and support.
Operations - Oversee ICON space operations, managing vendors, office supplies, and space infrastructure to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
Who are we looking for:
- Upbeat Personality: A social, enthusiastic individual who can engage with various community members.
- Team Player: Able to seamlessly transition between independent work and collaborative team efforts.
- Flexible and Versatile: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to changing responsibilities.
- Effective Communicator: Fluent in English and Hebrew, with strong communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite.
- Quick Learner: Fast to adapt, preferably with knowledge or familiarity with the tech/startup industry.
- Sense of Humor: A good sense of humor is a plus!
