About the Role

OneMagnify is seeking a Program Administrator to support our Loyalty & Incentives Practice Area. This role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring program eligibility, and maintaining high standards of quality and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Loyalty & Incentives Practice by handling inbound customer calls (in French and English) and making outbound calls to provide program information or gather additional details for issue resolution.
  • Engage with OneMagnify team members and external customers via phone and email.
  • Verify program eligibility using our tools and database systems.
  • Create and follow through on critical issue cases to ensure resolution.
  • Uphold OneMagnify’s quality standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions outlined in our quality management system.
  • Handle sensitive data such as social security numbers, personal details, and other confidential information with care and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent in verbal and written French, with excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Proactive in follow-up and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personable and energetic with a strong focus on customer and colleague interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and training.
  • Experience in digital marketing, agency settings, or consulting environments is a plus.
