What You'll Do

• 🎤 Produce professional-grade Italian voice recordings using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional expression
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve the quality of synthesized voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 🎙️ Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, or related performance-based audio work
• Native or near-native fluency in Italian
• Own a high-quality microphone and have access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Capable of delivering engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Attuned to nuance in tone, clarity, and pronunciation
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Studio or home studio recording experience
• Background in broadcast, theatre, or commercial voice work
• Familiarity with regional Italian dialects or accent variations
• Experience evaluating or directing voice talent
