About the Role

This position involves developing and maintaining production schedules that align with customer demand, inventory goals, and operational capacity. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans based on client needs.
• Monitor daily production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, equipment downtime, or changes in demand.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory control, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely production.
• Maintain accurate data within ERP systems, including lead times, inventory levels, and production statuses.
• Analyze capacity constraints and recommend solutions to prevent bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, engineering changes, and special customer requests.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, lead times, and production throughput.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in planning and scheduling processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations (automotive or high-volume industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
