We are seeking a dedicated Production Planner fluent in Korean, to coordinate and optimize our production schedules, manage inventory, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

📝 Job Responsibilities

• Manage simulation, forecasting, sales, and inventory for production 📊
• Plan daily production schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce delays, making necessary adjustments as needed ⚙️
• Determine manpower, equipment, and raw material requirements to meet production demands 🏗️
• Review forecasts and set sales order demands within the master schedule 📅
• Collaborate with Supply Chain/Demand teams on capacity planning and sales forecasting 🤝
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams regarding new product releases, changes, and sample testing 🧪
• Work with R&D division at headquarters in Korea on production reports 🔍
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery of materials, tooling, and components 🚚
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs related to plant performance 📈
• Assist with additional duties and reports as assigned by the Production Support Supervisor and Plant Manager 📝
• Manage Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and analyze downtime data for continuous improvement 🛠️

🎓 Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) 🎓
• 1-2 years of experience in production planning within the manufacturing industry 🔧
• Strong understanding of mathematics and Microsoft Excel 📊
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with MRP systems 💻
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 🗣️📝
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams 🤝
