Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Manage simulation, forecasting, sales, and inventory for production 📊
• Plan daily production schedules to optimize performance and minimize delays, making adjustments as necessary ⚙️
• Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to meet production demand
• Review forecasts and set sales order demands within the master schedule 🗓️
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain/Demand team on capacity planning and sales forecasting
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments regarding new product releases, changes, samples, etc.
• Work with R&D division at headquarters in Korea on production reports
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure just-in-time material delivery, including tooling and components 📦
• Track, analyze, and report KPI results for the plant 📈
• Assist with additional duties and reports as assigned by the Production Support Supervisor and Plant Manager
• Manage MES systems and collect/analyze downtime data

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or related field 🎓
• 1-2 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment
• Strong math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and understanding of MRP logic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 🗣️✉️
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively 🤝
• Attention to detail
• Bilingual in Korean required 🇰🇷
