What Will You Do? 🛠️
- Support: Assist German- and English-speaking customers via email with clarity, empathy, and technical expertise.
- Ownership: Manage support tickets from initial response to resolution, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot: Investigate and diagnose complex technical issues to identify root causes.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to highlight recurring problems and drive improvements.
- Documentation: Contribute to internal knowledge bases, self-service resources, and process enhancements.
- Customer Empowerment: Host office hours to share product knowledge with users.
- Innovate with AI: Experiment with AI tools to optimize workflows, automate insights, and elevate support quality.
