What Will You Do? 🛠️

  • Support: Assist German- and English-speaking customers via email with clarity, empathy, and technical expertise.
  • Ownership: Manage support tickets from initial response to resolution, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot: Investigate and diagnose complex technical issues to identify root causes.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to highlight recurring problems and drive improvements.
  • Documentation: Contribute to internal knowledge bases, self-service resources, and process enhancements.
  • Customer Empowerment: Host office hours to share product knowledge with users.
  • Innovate with AI: Experiment with AI tools to optimize workflows, automate insights, and elevate support quality.
