What You'll Be Doing

• Introducing newcomers to our platform and helping them set up for success.
• Building relationships and establishing trust with our most valuable assets – our customers.
• Assisting clients with both simple and complex issues, guiding them through our applications.
• Training clients and their teams to maximize the platform's capabilities.
• Showcasing the advanced features of our M&A technology to improve their workflow.
• Handling administrative tasks such as logging requests and interactions in Salesforce Service Cloud (training provided).
• Gaining valuable industry-specific insights to enhance our customer experience, sharing these with Product & Marketing teams.

About You

• Possess a degree or equivalent; 3-4 years' experience preferred.
• Natural at getting things done and caring for customers.
• Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting skills, requiring minimal micro-management.
• Attentive to detail and highly organized.
• Fluent in English and Japanese, with additional languages being a bonus.
