About The Role

As Product Success Manager, you will shape the Biorce experience. This role is perfect for a scientist seeking to transition into the tech space, serving as the strategic partner for our clients to maximize the potential of Aika, our flagship AI platform, and optimize clinical trials.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Customer Success 🎯

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire post-sales journey, turning complex contracts into successful "go-lives" with effective project management.
• Strategic Advisory: Lead kick-off meetings to align Aika’s AI capabilities with client needs, acting as a trusted long-term partner.
• Scalable Support: Oversee support systems, resolve issues swiftly, mentor junior managers, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Proactive Monitoring: Use engagement data and health scores to identify trends, prevent churn, and facilitate growth opportunities.

Product Strategy & Influence 🧩

• Voice of the Customer: Translate client needs into actionable product features and identify opportunities for future development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering and Clinical teams to successfully implement new features.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Head of Product to ensure client-driven developments align with long-term company vision.

What We’re Looking For 🔍

We seek a high-achieving professional from the scientific or clinical research sectors ready to pivot into TechBio and AI. Ideally, you are:

• Scientific & Clinical Expertise: 5+ years in Clinical Research, Medical Affairs, Life Sciences, or related fields, familiar with trial operations and regulatory hurdles.
• Transitioning Scientist: Eager to apply scientific rigor to product development and customer success within a high-growth AI environment.
• Academic Excellence: PhD or MD preferred, capable of engaging with senior scientific and medical stakeholders.
• Project Leadership: Experienced managing multi-year research projects, clinical trials, or cross-disciplinary collaborations.
• Exceptional Communicator: Able to clarify complex scientific or AI concepts into clear business value; fluency in English essential.
• Data-Driven & Rigorous: Approach problems with structured, scientific methods and build lasting solutions.
• Languages: Fluency in English & Japanese required.
• "Owner" Mentality: Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to own flagship accounts and shape platform evolution.
