Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Pharma Product Specialist with a solid scientific background and prior experience in a similar role to join our dynamic Sales Department. Celltrion Healthcare Italy is rapidly expanding, with a strong product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Specialty drugs
• Team builder, proactive, flexible, open-minded
• Energetic and result-oriented attitude
• Highly motivated to contribute to and grow with the company in Italy
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Area Manager in understanding the assigned region(s) 🗺️
• Collaborate with Area Manager and Medical Liaisons to map biologics-prescribing physicians
• Promote Celltrion products to physicians in accordance with Regional Business Manager guidelines 📈
• Develop relationships with stakeholders influencing access and distribution, including pharmacists, physicians, and administrative personnel 🤝
• Monitor competitor policies and campaigns, report findings, and suggest strategic actions 🎯
• Maintain accurate activity logs as per RBM tools (CRM)
• Present Celltrion products and their value within the healthcare system's sustainability 📊
• Identify potential commercial opportunities in the private health sector and support negotiations 💼
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and Celltrion’s code of conduct ⚖️
• Report all field activities, interactions, materials distribution, and expenses transparently 💰

Essential Requirements

• Scientific degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or equivalent 🎓
• Masters in pharma market access (preferred but not mandatory)
• Fluent in English; Italian native speaker 🇮🇹
• Previous experience as a Product Specialist in pharma
• Experience in IBD, Rheumatoid Arthritis, or Psoriasis Arthritis
• Deep understanding of regional stakeholders and processes
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a result-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel over 50%, including overnight stays ✈️
• Experience with product launches (preferred)
