Position Overview

As a Pharma Product Specialist, you will bring your scientific background and previous experience in a similar role to support the growth of our sales activities across Italy. We value proactive and energetic team players eager to contribute and grow within our expanding company. 🚀

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Area Manager in understanding the assigned region(s)
• Collaborate with the Area Manager and Medical Liaisons to develop a map of biologics-prescribing physicians
• Promote Celltrion products to physicians in accordance with regional guidelines
• Map and build relationships with all stakeholders influencing access and distribution—administrators, pharmacists, and physicians
• Monitor local policies and competitors' commercial actions, reporting findings and proposing strategic responses
• Maintain accurate activity tracking using CRM tools, complying with RBM requests
• Present Celltrion products and their value within the healthcare system, utilizing provided materials
• Identify and support negotiations for potential commercial opportunities within the private healthcare sector
• Ensure full legal compliance with local regulations and Celltrion's code of conduct
• Report all field activities, including stakeholder interactions, material distribution, and expenses

Essential Requirements

• Scientific Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or equivalent
• Master's in Pharma Market Access (preferred but not mandatory)
• Fluent in English and native Italian speaker
• Previous experience as a Product Specialist in the pharma sector
• Experience in IBD, Rheumatoid Arthritis, or Psoriasis Arthritis
• Deep knowledge of regional stakeholders and processes
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a result-driven mindset
• Availability to travel over 50%, including overnight stays
• Experience in product launches (preferred but not mandatory)
