Position: Product Specialist - Americas Channel

Summary & Core Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness and market share: Promote Colebrook Bosson Saunders (CBS) products under the Herman Miller brand across North, Central, and South American markets.
  • Lead product education and training: Educate and train dealers throughout the Americas region.
  • Facilitate collaboration: Act as a key connection point between Herman Miller and CBS teams to coordinate activities and increase product awareness.
  • Simplify sales: Make CBS products "simple to sell and better to buy" across NAC and LAC markets.

Key Activities 🚀

  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual product training aligned with dealer, sales, marketing, and product management strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with sales leaders to expand dealer connections.
  • Use data analysis to develop targeted dealer contact plans aligned with regional strategies.
  • Monitor product and dealer performance metrics to drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate the product channel activity calendar to maximize focus and visibility.
  • Manage product samples for dealers and clients effectively.
  • Ensure optimal product visibility in showrooms and related marketing materials.
  • Support budget planning and ROI tracking for sample programs and activities.
  • Provide market insights and user feedback to product teams to inform development.
  • Become an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on our product portfolio to support key opportunities, reduce complexity, and deliver solutions.
  • Support the creation of marketing and digital content based on market needs.
  • Champion product commercialization processes for successful launches.

Requirements ✅

  • Strong product expertise to simplify complex offerings for sales teams.
  • Ability to maintain bilingual content (English and Spanish).
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data analysis capabilities to track performance and optimize tactics.
  • Experience delivering training (both in person and virtual).
  • Willingness to travel across North and Latin America.

Compensation & Benefits 💼

The starting salary range for this role is $69,920.00 to $92,000.00, with considerations based on qualifications, experience, and market factors. Additional benefits include:
