Job Summary 📝

The Product Operations Specialist/Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of our PAA project—from inception to completion. Your role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires a solid technical understanding of our product and excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively between stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Optimize Processes: Identify, implement, and refine workflows to enhance team efficiency.
• Streamline Operations: Facilitate smooth communication, development, and product launch activities.
• Resource Alignment: Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
• Risk Management: Detect potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for operational questions, keeping all parties informed of key milestones and performance.
• Project Tracking: Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly to ensure successful delivery.
• Cross-cultural Coordination: Serve as the liaison between Korea and US teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration.
• Market and User Insights: Use findings from US market and user research to inform product development of the PAA.

Qualifications ✅

• 3+ years of experience in product operations, management, or a related role
• Proficiency with project management tools and platforms
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex info for non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in Korean and English
