About the Role 📝
We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to spearhead mission-critical growth initiatives within the European market. This is a fantastic chance to join a passionate, collaborative team, make a meaningful impact, and report directly to the VP of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans—including product positioning, value propositions, messaging, assets, and sales enablement—to meet business objectives.
Create on-brand, top-tier content tailored for target ICP customers, such as in-product messaging, website content, landing pages, launch materials, emails, and training resources.
Lead the planning and execution of new product and feature launches, measuring their impact and promoting adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product positioning, branding, and messaging.
Enable sales, marketing, support, customer success, and other teams to confidently communicate our product’s benefits.
Design compelling presentations to communicate complex ideas to leadership and external stakeholders, driving clarity and strategic alignment.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and insights.
Build experiments, test hypotheses, and share learnings with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative customer and market research.
Experience managing full lifecycle product marketing strategies and executions.
Exceptional storytelling skills, with a portfolio of compelling product narratives in both written and visual formats.
A track record of scaling impactful, multi-channel go-to-market campaigns for B2B products.
Deep passion for understanding customer motivations, behaviors, and needs.
Excellent collaboration skills across teams and functions to drive results.
Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Spanish, French, or Italian.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
