  • Provide evaluation feedback, lead the publishing process, and advise on broad production topics.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, demonstrating products and promoting projects via interviews and stage appearances.
  • Act as a communication hub—engaging with Marketing, QA, and executive teams to address production issues.
  • Maintain transparent communication with external partners—developers, vendors, colleagues—to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Serve as the face of SOA with Japanese partners, building professional, productive relationships across cultures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities 📝

  • Resolve production blocking issues by acting as a central asset and information hub.
  • Develop and implement departmental and corporate initiatives aligned with company vision.
  • Negotiate schedules, budgets, and resources internally and externally.
  • Assess project scope by gathering and digesting relevant information.
  • Create resource and project plans, review proposals, and oversee the publishing process.
  • Guide team members, review tasks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Procure resources and manage all communications, documentation, game text, and bug reports.
  • Coordinate external activities, including marketing initiatives and voice recording sessions.
  • Maintain accurate project scheduling and information sharing internally and externally.
  • Conduct post-mortem analyses and generate evaluation feedback to inform future improvements.
  • Negotiate with external vendors and partners as needed.
  • Represent projects at trade shows, facilitating product demonstrations and interviews.

In-office attendance is essential for supervision, team cohesion, collaboration, and effective communication to ensure project success and stakeholder alignment.
