📍 Location & Compensation
- Location: Miami, FL (Doral) - Hybrid schedule with 2 days remote per week
- Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 base, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits including 35 PTO days
- Language Requirement: Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
📝 About the Role
The Procurement Officer is responsible for overseeing procurement management within the company. This involves collaboration across departments to analyze cost-savings, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
🔹 Work Schedule
- Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- Initial 30-90 days on-site full-time for training
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures
- Collaborate with departments on annual purchase budgets
- Analyze vendor proposals and oversee contract negotiations
- Administer ongoing management of contracts
- Ensure proper documentation in purchasing agreements
- Review complex purchase requirements to ensure procurement strategies are followed
- Manage procurement budget
- Coordinate with multinational and executive management on procurement processes
- Maintain due diligence for critical vendors
- Approve supply orders and manage office supply procurement
- Complete annual training requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
- Experience: 5+ years in banking or a related industry; minimum 3 years in accounting or finance
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills at all organizational levels
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy
- Multitasking & Organization: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Independence: Self-motivated with initiative to complete tasks accurately and on time
- Customer Service: Skilled at ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
- Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting to various organizational levels
