📍 Location & Compensation

  • Location: Miami, FL (Doral) - Hybrid schedule with 2 days remote per week
  • Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 base, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits including 35 PTO days
  • Language Requirement: Bilingual in Spanish and English is required

📝 About the Role

The Procurement Officer is responsible for overseeing procurement management within the company. This involves collaboration across departments to analyze cost-savings, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

🔹 Work Schedule

  • Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
  • Initial 30-90 days on-site full-time for training

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with departments on annual purchase budgets
  • Analyze vendor proposals and oversee contract negotiations
  • Administer ongoing management of contracts
  • Ensure proper documentation in purchasing agreements
  • Review complex purchase requirements to ensure procurement strategies are followed
  • Manage procurement budget
  • Coordinate with multinational and executive management on procurement processes
  • Maintain due diligence for critical vendors
  • Approve supply orders and manage office supply procurement
  • Complete annual training requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience: 5+ years in banking or a related industry; minimum 3 years in accounting or finance
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Languages: Fluent in both English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills at all organizational levels
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy
  • Multitasking & Organization: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Independence: Self-motivated with initiative to complete tasks accurately and on time
  • Customer Service: Skilled at ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting to various organizational levels
