Procurement Lead with SAP & Bilingual Skills (English & Spanish) 🌎

We are seeking an experienced procurement leader who is adept at managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to maximize cost efficiency and operational performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for driving impactful results.

Responsibilities 📋

• Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to specific purchasing categories.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead contract negotiations and tender/bid processes to secure favorable terms.
• Analyze purchase requests to ensure alignment with organizational systems and requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on procurement policies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare procurement reports and support audit processes.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate procurement efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sourcing and purchasing processes.

Qualifications 🎓

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Purchasing or supply chain certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and vendor relationship management.
• Experience with forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Ability to implement efficient procurement processes and strategies.
• Language skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
