Job Responsibilities
- Promote the value of Chase Private Client to eligible clients and highlight benefits that help them succeed. 💎
- Manage client relationships proactively by offering tailored advice and ensuring they receive the best products and services.
- Partner with specialists such as Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with expert help for specialized financial needs. 🤝
- Create convenience by setting up and sharing self-service account access options available 24/7.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to uphold banking standards. 📝
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, & Skills
- Proven success in a relationship-oriented approach to client acquisition and retention in financial services.
- 1+ year of experience as a Branch Banking Banker or equivalent, with a track record of growing customer relationships and revenue.
- Regulatory knowledge including securities and licensing requirements, applicable from October 1, 2018, such as SIE, Series 6/7, and life licenses (must be obtained within 180 days if not already licensed). 💼
- Compliance familiarity with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
- High school diploma or equivalent, foreign degrees accepted.
- Availability to work during branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
- Bilingual in English and Russian is required. 🗣️

Important Regulatory & Licensing Information
This role is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements for Loan Originators. Employment conditions include:
- Review of criminal and credit history, information via NMLS, and other factors to ensure financial responsibility and good character.
- Disqualification for any felony conviction within the past 7 years.
- Mandatory NMLS registration upon employment, with ongoing renewal requirements.
