Key Responsibilities
- Promote Chase Private Client: Share the value of our Private Client services with eligible clients.
- Manage Client Relationships: Use an advice-based approach to serve clients’ banking needs, offering the best products and services.
- Partner with Specialists: Collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with specialized financial experts.
- Enhance Client Convenience: Enable clients to access their accounts 24/7 by sharing and setting up self-service options.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, & Skills
- Proven success in a relationship-oriented, value-added client acquisition approach.
- At least 1+ year of experience as a Branch Banking Banker or in a similar financial services role, demonstrating success in new client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Starting Oct. 1, 2018, candidates must obtain the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if applicable), and Life licenses — or complete these within 180 days of starting.
- Knowledge of Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act compliance.*
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Bilingual in English and Russian is required.

Regulatory & Licensing Requirements
This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements for Loan Originators. Employment offers depend on JPMorgan Chase’s review of your criminal history, credit report, and other relevant information to assess financial responsibility and character. Any felony conviction within the past seven years disqualifies candidates.
Employment also requires registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon starting, new hires must register or update their existing NMLS record to reflect employment with JPMorgan Chase. Compliance with licensing and registration requirements is mandatory for continued employment.
