Position: Primary Care Physician - Bilingual in Cantonese Required

Salary: $240,000 - $270,000 + wider range depending on experience and location

Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to deliver equitable, effective, and value-based healthcare to local Medicare populations within our network of neighborhood primary care centers. Our Primary Care Physicians work within a single medical center supported by large care teams, allowing focus on quality over volume.

Our innovative model emphasizes outcomes, low hospital admissions, preventive medicine, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We seek motivated physicians passionate about providing outstanding care to older adults, including new graduates. Top candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care services
• Prescribe medications and pharmaceutical treatments
• Maintain electronic medical records via Canopy and Greenway systems
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals
• Work with Practice Managers to steer the care team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or eligible)
• Active, unrestricted State License
• Active DEA license
• US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• Fellowship training in Geriatrics
• Experience working with Geriatric populations
• Experience in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
• Collaborative healthcare experience to ensure positive outcomes
• Outpatient primary care experience
• Bilingual proficiency in applicable languages

Hours per week: 40 hours

Employment type: Full-time

Pay Range: $174,070.00 - $374,920.00
